This is a Draw-Go Rashmi Control commander deck! It looks to play Rashmi as soon as possible, ideally on turn two, and then abuses her ability to help churn through the deck and create value plays.

It usually wins through creating infinite mana through Isochron + Dramatic Reversal. You can then use this mana to ETI+Seasons Past+Dramatic Reversal people, Capsize lock the game, or take infinite turns with Nexus of Fate.
