Mind Over Matter also infinite combos with Niv, while also being a pretty amazing and versatile card on it's own.

Arjun, the Shifting Flame seems superb here and it is not very expensive at all.

@ Nocturnal Outcast - Concentrate is a very good card for it's price. Heck I haven't seen a mono 
commander deck in years that doesn't use Harmonize and Concentrate is the 
version of that and it came first. It's also less than a quarter.

Oculus isn't great, only being a 1/1 that cantrips when he dies, I would replace him with the aforementioned Snapcaster Mage. You need more lands, I would run at least 35, though realistically I would try and get 38. Cancel sucks, I would replace it with the Time Stop in the maybeboard. Jace's Erasure is risky, because a number of EDH lists run graveyard shenanagins, and this gives them fuel. I would replace it with Cyclonic Rift.
