I was very happy to see that Chains of Mephistopheles is legal and non restricted in legacy. this card got me thinking on a new build of discard/mill. HERE IT IS CHECK IT AND LEAVE SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!! If you would like to play test this deck here is the link!!!

So here is how this deck functions.

you make your opponent or opponent's draw cards and discard cards acting as a type of mill along with some actual mill that is in the deck. A big role in the deck is but is not everything too the deck, is a card called Chains of Mephistopheles. What Chains of Mephistopheles does is a type of triggered ability called a "replacement effect" . What the card states is this- If a player would draw a card except the first one he or she draws in his or her draw step each turn, that player discards a card instead. If the player discards a card this way, he or she draws a card. If the player doesn't discard a card this way, he or she puts the top card of his or her library into his or her graveyard.

P.S. hedron crab in combination with polluted delta is an awesome side note XD.
