This is my decklist for using Nekusar as a general. Pretty self-explanatory. I have six different sources that deal damage to my opponents through card draw, five of them permanents (including Nekusar) and one a sorcery. I wanted to include Underworld Dreams to it, and I even did at one point, but the three black mana required was awkward to look at every time I drew it in three colors. (but that shouldn't/doesn't stop others from using it) Most of the deck is focused on the main goal at hand, but I do have a few ways of protecting the commander and fending off opponents with spot removal like Chaos Warp and Capsize and larger problems such as Nicol Bolas, Planswalker and Karn Liberated if I am not holding onto a counterspell or two. Library of Leng plays well with the many wheels I have to insure I keep what I like in hand and discard other cards I don't need at that time. The rest is meant to compliment with the whole and/or are personal picks of mine out of preference. Thank-you for browsing the deck and feel free to provide any criticism, preferably constructive.
