This is based on the "Draw Yourself to Death" deck made by MtaRidley, however, this is more budget (if you want it even more budget, you can get rid of the bloodstained mires) and has more lower mana cost cards. I wouldn't say that this deck is more efficient only because I don't know the efficiency of MtaRidley's very well (I don't want to assume because you know what they say about assuming).
