Have you ever thought about putting in one or two Damnable Pact as a possible finisher?

On the gatherer Dark Ritual is not modern legal.

Thanks @ZOMBLES127 ! I actually had a copy of Damnable Pact in the first version of the deck as a nice finisher indeed, but i cut it in the process of trying to make it faster and more consistent :) it's still on the maybeboard though !

@Talus21 Oh really ? I had no clue, where can i find an official list of banned cards ? I tried looking by myself and didn't see Dark Ritual on the ban list. I'm confused

Gray Merchant of Asphodel would be a great card for side board. It would gain you any life you lost against aggro or burn decks.

@RovkirHexus I tried Fate Unraveler already and it didn't turn very good, as it is very slow. I'm trying to build my deck in an aggro-ish way and this doesn't suit very well, but it is in the maybeboard ! Thanks for your suggestion

Maybe splash blue? It has good cards like Fascination, Day's Undoing, and Dictate of Kruphix.

You also need better removal. Currently, you can only kill white, green, and black creatures. Maybe get rid of Deathmark and Dark Betrayal for Doom Blade, Dismember, or Slaughter Pact? Doom Blade is the best black spot removal card, Dismember is 1 mana, and Slaughter Pact gives you time to get mana.
