one thing i think is key with group hug cards: is let yourself draw the cards first. Leyline of Anticipation is great for this sort of thing. you could also add Howling Mine , Font of Mythos , and Shimmer Myr .

Urza's Armor seems super weak, and i'd recommend trying to lower the overall costs of spells you control. since you'll be drawing a lot, you want to play a lot! it doesnt help to draw 2+ cards a turn and only play 1

My suggestions would be things like Damnation , Toxic Deluge , Mystic Remora , Praetor's Grasp , Memory Plunder , Demonic Tutor , Recurring Insight , Jace, the Mind Sculptor , and pretty much all the time cards. Metagame considerations prevail, of course.

Helm of the Ghastlord and Elder Mastery are super good with Nekusar, I didn't even know Sigil of Sleep was a thing. I would try to avoid cards like Megrim or Liliana's Caress , because too much attention will be drawn towards you.
