Nekusar, the Mindrazer deals damage each time an opponent draws a card. Next to that, there are a lot of other cards that deal damage when drawing cards and even more cards that force players to draw a lot of cards. Gnat Miser and Locust Miser Make sure opponents have a smaller max hand size so they have to discard more cards at the end of their respective turns. Megrim makes sure they are dealt damage when they do.
