I love EDH, but my heart will always lie with vintage and the Urza’s saga card era. Tolarian Academy was my go-to. Alas, its not legal in EDH, but the spirit lives on.

In its most basic form, this deck revolves around Teferi + The Chain Veil + large enough mana rocks to hit 5 mana with three permanents.

I considered making the more stax oriented version, but I decided to go with extra turn cards because there’s something really fun about taking extra turns on turn 2/3.
