You should try adding backgrounds to these decks... In my opinion, it's the only thing that can make them any better!

ACDAMAN I don't know how to code for that.
Do you?
I have now started to purchase the cards for this deck.

Argy Here's a few links
look at Pheardemons's profile, they have basic stuff there
Also this and this (plus these two for more advanced stuff)
Creds to FancyTuesday!
An example of a deck with a background is my Weenies Who Smile At Death (Tier 2 Alesha)

Might I suggest this background?http://akns-images.eonline.com/eol_images/Entire_Site/2015823/rs_560x415-150923080728-560-milkshake-squirrel-jh-92315.jpeg

the deck looks really good. the only suggestion I would have is replacing Glimmer of Genius with Supreme Will. It has more versatility and the same digging power as glimmer.

Glimmer of Genius is the best draw card in Standard, as far as I'm concerned.
There is a reason why it finds its way into so many Pro decks.
Scry 2, Draw 2 is amazing, and the extra help if you are able to take control of Bristling Hydra with Hostage Taker.
I don't like being forced to put cards on the bottom of my library, when playing Control. You often have to say goodbye to something that really would have helped.
I've also never liked conditional Counter spells. Inevitably you find yourself with one in hand in the late game, when a hard Counter would be MUCH better.
For those reasons I don't think Supreme Will is right for this deck.

Very detailed description and great deck. Plus, Tezzeret is awesome. +1

Antwaan33 everyone always wants me to put Disallow in the Mainboard, but I know my local meta and it's better in the Side.
Cthu1uS4uru5R3x thanks for the kind words.
I do spend a lot of time putting my Descriptions together. It's nice to see someone who appreciates that.
It's also great to meet a fellow Tezzeret fan. I feel that he is very underrated, especially in Standard.
His artwork is amazing.

This is super similar to a deck that I have ran, its so weird how effective it is with just a few large creatures and absurd amounts of removal and counterspells. The current standard trend is packed with removal and its the only way to really counter that. +1

That's pretty much how Control decks always work.
Lots of cards to disrupt the Opponent's plans, then play your Win Cons late game, when they run out of cards.

Very sorry about the latest Standard Showdown ...
"Sorry for the swearing. Really fucking sorry." made me literally lol though. So at least there's always stand-up ;-)

Just curious as to what you think about Cast Down and wondering if you'll be trading out your Walk the Planks for them. Really like the use of some of the more unconventional removal, and it seems like you've been tuning this to your local meta for sometime.

Chainer_the_Dementia_Master you have a keen eye.
I'll do that now.
Unfortunately I probably won't be running this deck for this season as, I'm so tired of playing Control decks.
I'll be playing Jhoira's Crew instead.

Argy Understandable, Beetlejuice is pretty nuts and regardless of win rate I'm sure you get enough complaints running it to where it would be tiring.

There are also still lots of ways to deal with Blue White Approach [Competitive].
Particularly because a lot of their cards are setup to deal with Creature heavy decks.
Here are the options:
Duress to rip Approach of the Second Sun from hand
Harsh Scrutiny to keep checking what they are holding
Doomfall as another way to grab Approach of the Second Sun before it is cast
Negate to Counter the first Approach of the Second Sun
Disallow to either Counter the first Approach of the Second Sun, or Counter the ability of the second copy - the Opponent often gets greedy and casts the second copy without holding any mana up
