We're a drinking group with a Magic problem. Who better to lead us in our revelries than Lazav, Dimir Mastermind ?

I've had mixed to poor results with a Mill Deck in Commander, but have decided that a different take might be all I need.

While I'm trying to keep this somewhat of a budget deck, suggestions are appreciated.
