This deck started off as "let's jam a pile of Man-o'-Wars into a Commander deck" then gradually formed into a fun bounce-themed deck with Dromar, the Banisher at the helm. Bounce things, blink things, annoy the hell out of everyone, profit.

Critique and suggestions are welcome - the manabase will likely need tweaking once I've tested the deck out a bit more, but 3-colour manabases usually take a lot of work anyway. I was trying to keep the Plains count high for Emeria Shepherd (and to a lesser extent Kor Cartographer), but hopefully it hasn't compromised it too much.

Cards that didn't make the cut:

Hoverguard Sweepers: Too much mana, especially when you're trying to blink it with something like Mistmeadow Witch. I prioritised cheaper options over it.

Dissipation Field: Too reactive. Although it's a nice deterrent sometimes, I'd rather be proactively dealing with problems on the battlefield than having to rely on this.

Capsize: This deck can't really abuse it by generating large amounts of mana (this is a good thing), and we have cheaper ways of repeatedly bouncing things than this.

Actual Man-o'-War: Too low-impact. The body is too small for Commander and there are better ways to bounce things (i.e. Reflector Mage). It's disappointing to start off as a Man-o'-War theme deck then cut Man-o'-War, but I don't want to play awkward cards just to stay on theme! The jellyfish will live on, in spirit if not in the deck itself.
