First EDH deck where I put a harsh limit on money spent.

Deck goal is to get big scary Dragon on the battlefield, having no other creatures. Attacking solo with it means it will Bolster itself for 2, effectively giving my commander +2/+2 every time it attacks.

TL;DR - Jank Voltron-Dragon deck that is very cheap.
