Just leave him alone and let him do his thing, and Mr. Overdark can be pretty darn cool.

Is he competitive? Heavens, no. But there are some cool tricks to be had in here.

Fool's Demise - Simple. You assassinate their creature, gaining control of it and getting your enchantment back - it essentially reads "{4}{U}: gain control of target creature."

Puca's Mischief - What does it matter who owns that Despondency on your opponent's creature? Does it make any difference if you or him are responsible for the Funeral March? Swap one of your local enchantments for an opponent's hard-earned permanent before blasting his creature with Ramses and it's like tax fraud. Just be sure not to swap anything like False Demise or Shade's Form!

Genju of the Fens + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth - each turn, Ramses can blow up one of your opponent's lands at for a modest {B}. Sure beats the upkeep on Demonic Hordes, eh?
