I've been toying with different packages and am testing out some of the changes suggested in the above link.

Edit: OP from original post has updated their deck. I've updated my list to follow their changes as it looks like the 4th eternal witness mattered more than a renegade rallier.

EDIT NEWEST UPDATE: After going to an SCG Invitational Qualifier in end-of-June 2019 I learned some of the pitfalls in this deck and how to better prepare for the current meta. Because of that, I've dropped CoCo in favor of more tutors, especially Finale of Devastation . I've also gone for more toolbox mainboard and hopes of a faster deck in general. My manabase is still on the low-end side but it will be upgraded eventually (damn canopies)
