Dual Decks
Dual decks are my attempt to create a series of interesting casual decks, designed to be played against each other. The twist is that each dech is built using two separate creature tribes, and tied together with Maskwood Nexus which gives all creature types to all of your creatures. Each deck aims to show off both the strengths of its tribes, as well as a few famous MtG combo mechanics used in unusual ways. Each Dual deck is 61 cards, with the last card being an Un-card or playtest series card which is added for silliness, and can be removed if you prefer.

Summary
Phyrexian Humans starts out with small creatures but consistent card draw, and ends up with tremendous flexibility and power. It isn't typical for either Humans or Phyrexians, but does a good job of showcasing Azorius +1/+1 counters.
Opening hands
Card draw is very important: An opening hand without Suspicious Stowaway
, The Celestus, Gavony Dawnguard, or Firmament Sage may have a hard time. Once the deck starts drawing or looting, it can find what it needs for the mid/late game.
Combo Mechanic: Transforming Permaments
Norn's Inquisitor puts a counter on each permanent that transforms into a Phyrexian. With Maskwood Nexus, this includes other transforming creatures, and its effect triggers regardless of which way the creature transforms.
Combo Mechanic: Day and Night
There was never much focus on Day/Night for Azorius, but the 4 cards that were printed are all quite effective. The Celestus is typically used to change to Night, and the cycle usually returns to Day on its own leading to plenty of triggers for your board.
Phyrexian mites are nice, but why not get multiple Brutal Cathars
instead? Or multiple Firmament Sages...or multiple Darksteel Splicers? The board-wipe is just a bonus option, but a pretty good one when you have Incubator tokens that aren't creatures yet.
This combo wins stalled out games surprisingly often. A sudden 10/10 unblockable creature is great for breaking deadlocks.
One of the strongest Dual Deck cards I've come across, Linn Sivvi gives you total access to the creatures in your deck. Spoiler: your best pick is usually Greymond. It's also worth noting that Lin has been errata'd to be a Human Rebel, even though no printing exists with this text.
This card has a pretty different power level after Ikoria introduced so many counter types. I particularly like Indestructible counters, but there are also +2/+2 and Double Strike, and Flying counters.
