A less casual version of my Herald and Kumano go to White Castle deck. The main goal here is to get a Goblin Sharpshooter out and soulbonded with a Nightshade Peddler to delete all of my opponent's creatures. Once those are all gone, I'm free to sneak in damage in different ways.
Still working on a win-condition, but the idea of this deck is it's supposed to be a very Johnny way to exploit Goblin Sharpshooter to clear my opponent's creatures.
I'd definitely like to find more cards that help me exploit a board state where my opponent is left without creatures. I'm thinking cards like Conifer Strider and Gigapede would be helpful. They're great when my opponent has no creatures, plus their biult-in protection helps make sure they stay on the board as threats. Burning Sands is a bit expensive, but it would certainly help shut down my opponent when I remove all their creatures. Dingus Staff is another possibility, as well as Soul Net.
Wojek Embermage serves as a backup for Goblin Sharpshooter. He's not as efficient, but when given deathtouch he functions like Goblin Sharpshooter for a single color.
Finding a spot for Thornbite Staff would be nice, but it seems a bit too expensive, especially when you consider it's a 2 mana activation and it messes a little too much with the tempo. Having this in my opening hand will delay me getting online a little more than I'd like it to.
This deck can also easily be budgeted by swapping the Temple of Abandons for Forests, the Rootbound Craigs for mountains, the Vines of Vastwoods for Ranger's Guiles and the Basilisk Collars for Gorgon's Heads. Making those four substitutions alone cut the price from $77 to $33 in early June when this deck was still in the making. Those numbers may no longer be accurate, but it will certainly cut the price down if you're looking for a budget option.
