+1 Would Blood Moon fit here? I also like Ghostly Prison if you need help staying alive.

The question is: what to take out for them? While Blood Moon or Magus of the Moon would work to delay other people using non basics I'm not sure it would help me in the long run since I cant force them back into play with Planar Birth

Hmmm... Not sure. But there is room for a sideboard!

For a land destruction deck, you aren't doing much to upset your opponent's mana base. Pillage, Seismic Spike, Ruination (depending on what lands you see often), Molten Rain, and Wildfire are all good options.
Instead of reworking the deck to include those, I think a couple Bazaar Traders would be good. You have ways around Aggressive Mining, your opponent probably doesn't. Throw this their way, and they're boned.
It seems this deck would have lots of problems against decks that ran even a few creatures that had flying or were 3/3 or bigger. I don't see many options to get rid of threats. If your opponent no longer has to tap land to play anything, and you can't stop their attackers, what are your options? Right now, relying on Ankh of Mishra and Zo-Zu doesn't leave you in control of how much damage your opponent takes, or even if they take damage at all. Countryside Crusher, Detritivore, Dwarven Driller, Dwarven Blastminer, Goblin Razerunners, Invader Parasite, Keldon Firebombers, Shivan Wumpus are all creatures that either destroy lands, or benefit from destroyed lands.
Hope you find some of these suggestions useful. Good luck!

I was trying out the Bazaar Trader and when I went and reread the card I can't give enchantments with it (i really like the idea of giving the Aggressive Mining to my opponents though). Any other suggestions for something to take it's place? i'm considering Zedruu the Greathearted but that's going to add a color

Ugh, I can't believe I overlooked that, sorry. Yeah, if you want to Donate the Aggressive Mining, you'd have to add blue. I'm not really sure it's worth the splash, though.
I see you added some of the creatures I suggested, is it running better now?

Dingus Egg could work but its another deck idea all together

While I certainly like Dingus Egg and considered it I feel I'm more likely to take damage from it from using the Aggressive Mining without the Personal Sanctuary than anything my opponents will do (unless they are using a lot of fetch lands). I'm also concerned because the deck is already 67 cards with an extremely low number of land to begin with.

Coldsteel Heart instead of the Fire Diamond and Marble Diamond. Simian Spirit Guide or Chrome Mox could maybe help getting some of the key cards out in the first turn. I guess that a first turn Ankh of Mishra would be a pretty solid play. Maybe instead of the keyrunes? Like the concept a lot. +1

Zo-Zu the Punisher is already in the deck. As for Citadel of Pain I'm not sure if Power Surge might not be a better choice.

I would go with Citadel of Pain, because it deals damage to them for leaving man's open for things like counterspells, but Power Surge gives them more time to tap their lands and thus avoid the damage.
