My Dimir mill/hate deck. It is a little slow to start sometimes but once you get your mill rolling it's usually GG.
The basic idea is to get Nightveil Predator, Hostage Taker, or Thief of Sanity out and Quasiduplicate them until your opponent cries. You can also clone stolen creatures from Hostage Taker.
Warkite Marauder is good cheep harassment that can suppress potential blockers.
Drowned Secrets and Navigator's Ruin for mill.
Thought Erasure and Vicious Rumors for hand hate.
Walk the Plank is now totally viable because who plays merfolk any more? I do have Murder as sideboard just in case.

(edit) I want to drop the Sinister Sabotage and get some Cast Down for some more killing power. I have found that don't really get to counter to much.
