I playtested it and it looks good, but I think it needs more lands. 23 is fine for an aggro deck, but this is quite controlish, and needs a good deal of mana to get its combo working. At least 25.
I would also get rid of Harvest Pyre ; another Mizzium Mortars or Dreadbore (or even Searing Spear /Pillar of Flame ) will provide far more reliable removal, without hurting the potential of your Snapcaster Mage s.
How about replacing Counterflux with Dissipate ? Maybe run 2-3 Dissipate and 1-2 Syncopate or even just cut Syncopate entirely -- at its best, it's 1U for a worse Mana Leak , but all too often it's 3U or more to reliably counter a spell. Is the only reason you're running it to reduce your dependence on blue mana sources?

I like the look of this but i think you'd be better off with more Supreme Verdict and less Merciless Eviction . I would also play a couple more Orzhov Charm , its the best kill in standard with the ridiculous amount of life gain. I mean you have card:Sphinx's Revelation, Azorius Charm , Drogskol Reaver , and Obzedat, Ghost Council just on the main board and most standard things have low toughness and even if they have high power a.k.a Thragtusk . Points of personal preference i think Dissipate is better then Syncopate its just more mana efficient more often and you have early kill pretty down already. On the side board look to Rest in Peace over Purify the Grave . i would also look into Pithing Needle , it shuts down enemy planeswalkers, special lands, and if name Soul Ransom they can't take their creature back, it's a four mana steal spell.
