This is a slightly budget build. Some cards I am choosing to avoid simply because of cost include: spellseeker, snapcaster, glen elendra archmage Piloting Guide:

Wizardcycling on Step Through should usually be used to tutor up your draw power (Azami, Sea-Gate Oracle), but it can also be used to tutor up win conditions like Galestorm Colossus or Naru Mera.

Use a mass bounce spell early on in the game. It throws off the tempos of all decks that rely on their mana rocks and mana creatures, and will give you the ability to pitch powerful reanimation targets from your hand due to high hand size.

Flicker effects cause the permanents to come back into play untapped. This is powerful for cards like Patron Mage, Galecaster Colossus, Azami, and with suddenly blocking with sizeable creatures.

Win cons: Phantom steed+ Scourge of fleets. (Make it instant speed with flickering retargeting of phantom steed, or phantom steed played second on opponents eot). illicit masquerade is very powerful in this deck

Entomb+ Fat reanimate target+, animate dead, port of karfell, or incarnation technique. Port of karfell does this instant speed, and is easily overlooked.

Patron wizard critcal mass of wizards lock. Put him on a full board to seal it in.

Galestorm colossus is powerful, even on a low wizard count.

Phantom steed + glasspool mimic can be used to flicker into any creature on the battlefield, or just into phantom steed again; blinking another target creature at end of combat

Thassa/conjurer’s closet + archaeomancer + incarnation technique or ghostly flicker. Archaeomancer can create an engine with enough blink power.

Phantom steed+ Panharmonicon will allow you to take two cards underneath, and then create two copies of each of the two creatures upon attack. Very powerful with just one double trigger generator

Astral Dragon + conjurer’s closet is powerful. Not infinite, but powerful.

This is a easily converted to a budget build. Cards that would go well with this deck, but might too expensive to justify include intuition, spellseeker, brazen borrower, snapcaster mage, cyclonic rift, displacer kitten, and deadeye navigator.

keep an eye on prismaris eliminator,lord of change, sister of silence. Agent of treachery, Illicit masquerade, Cryptic Coat, Flare of denial, huskburster swarm, daring waverider, splash portal, into the flood maw, tidecaller mentor, thunderclap trainer
