Come one, come all, and hearken

The tale of Marchesa, the Black Rose,

The Queen who clawed for power

And beheaded all her foes.

In this deck, I'm trying to have as much fun with the political atmosphere of the playgroup as possible. It's more or less built around the Vote (Will of the Council/Council's Dilemma) mechanic, and other effects that invite input from players. Another priority is getting the Monarch token into play, either for me to get its draw power (as well as various "If you're the Monarch" effects), or to let the other players fight each other over it.

For the Commander, I couldn't decide between Queen Marchesa and Marchesa, the Black Rose. I didn't want to miss out on any of the blue or white spells that use the Vote ability, so I put them both in and spread the deck across four colors.

Thank you for the input I've gotten so far; it's been a great help. If you (yes, you!) can think of any cards that would suit this deck, please share. I am especially interested in cards that are thematically appropriate, with the theme being "Seize the Throne," and generally cutthroat politics.

Updates Add

As per the suggestion of a Casey4321, I replaced the original Commander--Breya, Etherium Shaper--with the Partner Commanders Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist *f-etch* and Ravos, Soultender *f-etch*. Breya was only the Commander in the first place because I wanted access to all her colors, and I had not considered the possibility of using two Commanders to get the same effect. This is much better, as Miss Etherium Shaper had absolutely nothing to do with anything, whereas Ludevic has that incentive-to-hit-other-people ability.
