Here's a deck that I have been tinkering with for a few days now. It's been actually quite cohesive. Let me know what you guys think. Any feedback to improve the deck is welcomed.

The strategies behind it are simple, yet a thing of beauty.

1: Ramp Effects - Avacyn's Pilgrim, Arbor Elf, Borderland Ranger, and Farseek ramp this deck in one heck of a hurry. The trick is to be able to get up to 5 mana by turn 3 consistently. Also, searching for mana thins out the deck, and improves the quality of your draws throughout the game.

2: Wurm Tactics - Once you're up to 5 mana, plop down one of the numerous titans in the deck. Armada Wurm is the ideal drop, but realistically, any will do. 5/5 with trample, and another 5/5 token with trample is just insane!

3: Coming Outta the Closet - This is what pushes the deck over the top. Conjurer's Closet really makes this deck tok! You use the closet to flicker ETB and LTB effects. Ideally, you drop the closet onto the field before the heavy creatures, but either will realistically do. Use it not only for token creation and life gain (Thragtusk, Armada Wurm), but to reset creatures who attacked that turn.

4: Higher on the Food Chain - The final piece to the deck, is Garruk, Primal Hunter. His ability to pump out tokens, and grant massive draw on a dime, has made him an auto-include in this deck. If you add that with the mass pumping of Gavony Township, and you have one heck of a tall army!
