Here is the breakdown for the cards:
THE COUNTERS:
Guttural Response Only two of these because they can only hit instants.
Pyroblast / Red Elemental Blast Set of each card because they counter and hit permanents, the meat and potatoes of the deck. Yum! Blue mage tears!
Ricochet Trap Four of these because they can swerve counters onto themselves, as well as swerve bounces, draw you some cards, or mill them instead!
THE COUNTER-ATTACKERS:
Mistcutter Hydra A multi headed middle finger and an early creature to start the beating or be the big boy finisher.
Skylasher Staple creature for the deck: early, nearly unanswerable, guaranteed to hand out a good amount of pain.
Vexing Devil Early, cheap burn or creature, let them pick their poison.
OTHER MIDDLE FINGERS / ACCESSORIES
Browbeat A nice draw spell or punishment.
Carpet of Flowers "This land is your land, this land is my land!"
Choke Better than counters, doesn't let them play anything at all. Let's see how YOU like it!
Lightning Bolt We're going to need these.
