Jhoira is bae. Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain is my bae high on her time water and dumping a ton of artifacts in a storm of metal and swearing about Urza being a jerk. There are a couple of wincons, Aetherflux Reservoir being the most obvious one. Temporal Fissure is a solid one, or at least delays things for a turn if the deck stalls.

I had to cut Weatherlight and Star Compass , which made me sad, but in the end, if this is going into a competitive scene —which is the only place it belongs, because I will not be that guy in a casual EDH pod — the 'cute' cards have got to go.
