This is a nekusar deck designed to do all of the horrible things that nekusar does, but on a budget, so no sheoldred, no bowmasters, now sea gate restoration. We just generally want to be drawing a lot of cards, making our opponents draw cards, wheeling, and making life miserable for opponents. Unique from other nekusar builds, this version utilizes artifacts that try to attack our opponents for having cards in their hand, like Ebony Owl Netsuke, Black Vise, and Iron Maiden. Two of our decks biggest win-cons are Cerebral Vortex and Peer into the Abyss is literally an insta-kill with nekusar or company out. Any suggestions?
