This Echo Mage deck is built around the idea of using Echo Mage

Illusionist's Bracers
to gain many uses out of a single spellcast.With a full EM/IB combo,each cast of an instant\sorcery,four copies are cast per EM/IB, letting the user take normally 'okay' sorceries and turn them into deck gutting power combos.
With a single EM/IB fully leveled:
Sanity Grinding puts 50 cards on the bottom of your deck in ordered blocks of 10,and causes your opponent to mill an absurd amount.
Mimeofacture
is able to steal five cards from an opponents library
Telemin Performance
Opponent mills until they find five creature cards.Then hands you the creatures.
Temporal Eddy
returns five creatures or lands to an opponents library.Works great on creatures right before you play Telemin Performance.
Wistful Thinking
will equate to an opponent drawing 10,discarding 20.Even without a hand they still effectively mill 10.
Stolen Identity is high cost on first play,but put it on Blighted Agent,and copy it when he attacks,you can get 4 free creature/artifact copies per turn for UU.
Last Thoughts Do the same as with Stolen Identity,except it refills your hand as needed.
Hidden Strings
goes infinite with even just a double copy,enabling you to untap everything of yours,and tap everything on your opponents sides.Essentially lets you use your mana pool twice if ciphered onto an unblockable.To go infinite,cast

,untap the mana used to cast it,then reuse that mana to get two copies of it from
Echo Mage
,use one copy to untap the casting mana,and the other copy on the echo mage,leaving one net permanent toggle and the capacity to copy it again to start the cycle again.
Alternate strategy is Illusionist's Bracers + Tidewater Minion
allowing infinite untaps at a controlled rate.Cathartic Adept is a prime candidate as it can kill an opponent outright with the TM+IB.However,if an adept is not available,the TM+IB can also be used to make your mana pool infinite,effectively granting you Omniscience
