This is a midrange deck that makes use of all of Markov's abilities, controlling the board with edict effects and removing/stealign opponent's creatures in order to freely attack with the pumped up creatures with counters. Take the role of the first Vampire Lord of Innistrad by controlling the board by making opponents sacrifice creatures, single target removal or by turning opposing forces against their owner by turning them into vampires. Make your final move with your army and claim your victory bathed in blood.
