I had a version of this deck where I had changed around 15 cards from the original pre-con. That wasn't a very good deck and I put it away, until I saw this deck March of the Dusk Legon. It gave me some ideas and helped me improve the deck considerably. I still needed some combos so I searched and found the following:

Edgar Markov + Animate Dead / Necromancy and Blood Artist / Zulaport Cutthroat . With Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat out, you can set up an infinite death loop between Leonin and Animate Dead/Necromancy pinging your opponents with Blood Artist/Zulaport Cutthroat. Rinse and repeat till you win.

Edgar Markov + Oathsworn Vampire and Blood Artist / Zulaport Cutthroat . You sacrifice Oathsworn Vampire and the token Edgar Markov makes to the Altar. This creates the mana to recast Oathsworn Vampire. due to gaining life from and ping from Artist or Cutthroat. Rinse and repeat till you win again.
