There are many ways to keep players' life totals high. There are many howling mine effects in this deck to help people out with drawing cards. There are many mass ramp cards in this deck to help people get their mana. There are many untap effects in this deck to help people untap their permanents every turn. And finally, there are a few ways to give everything flash, and to even allow players to play with each others' cards.

How does this deck win? Well, usually this deck doesn't really need to win. It just needs to have a good time. But if it does want to win, it does so by milling everybody out. With a loose Thassa's Oracle , and Divine Intervention as backup.
