Thanks for all the suggestions, Epochalyptik ! I'll be going over the list and prices, well, right now :)

A few of those suggestions are either not available for me or too expensive, so I have to leave them out.
May 24, 2013 9:07 a.m.
Here's my cut list:
Beacon Behemoth , Mosstodon , Rakeclaw Gargantuan : It's more effective just to get creatures with those abilities built in.
Where Ancients Tread : Warstorm Surge will always do more damage.
Cliffrunner Behemoth : Too small to have a real impact in a Commander game.
Iona, Shield of Emeria : She's no fun to play against.
Moldgraf Monstrosity , Mycoid Shepherd : Too unpredictable for my tastes if you can't guarantee their abilities will be activating.
Valleymaker : Seems like its abilities will do more harm than good, and they're not combat focused.
Woolly Thoctar : Vanilla creatures don't really pull their weight in Commander.
Ground Assault : Too limited in that it has just one target and its damage is unpredictable.
Druids' Repository : Not sure it will prove to be that useful.
Deadbridge Goliath , Vorapede : Not sure they'll prove big enough to be useful. This is a maybe listing.
Also, you should probably add in Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves , as Mayael is a huge target. And Akroma's Memorial is a great card for this deck as it makes all your creatures into combat machines. Board wipes are also a staple for Commander, I'd suggest adding in some in for when you don't have board control.
If you want other card ideas, you can look at my Mayael deck, I Sing the Body Power 5 or Greater. But on the whole this looks pretty good, you've got a lot of cards that are actually on my wishlist, actually.

Thanks, SpammyV. I looked at your list, it was surprisingly similar to mine :D Good to know I wasn't doing everything wrong. :D
What do you suggest for removal overall? One board wiper in Savage Twister and spot removal Oblivion Ring , Journey to Nowhere , Path to Exile etc... I don't know. Cards like Day of Judgment and friends are just too expensive here for me.
Now I still have to cut it down... not sure of what creatures to throw out, especially.
Anyway, I added some of your suggestions and threw some stuff out.
Sigh, I'm so much of a flavor's type of guy, it's always hard to "just" put as powerful cards as possible in every deck. :D Well, I better get used to it if I want to win anything.
What's still left is a decent sideboard, up to now I have no idea of what to consider, but it's not that urgent, of course.
Oh, and I don't own all of these cards - I just was too lazy to mark those I don't have. If I'm happy with the list, I'll buy what I don't have, I checked the prices beforehand so I know I can afford it.

You might want to read this article. It's something I wrote a while ago, so the banlist information is out of date. The principles are still relevant, though.

Cards you should consider cutting:
- Cliffrunner Behemoth - Only good as a beater; weak overall.
- Druid of the Anima - Could be upgraded to Birds of Paradise if necessary.
- Elderscale Wurm - Situational at best.
- Gaea's Revenge - Only good as a beater.
- Greenweaver Druid - Expensive.
- Mycoid Shepherd - Situational; weak overall.
- Pelakka Wurm - Unnecessary.
- Somberwald Sage - Vulnerable and expensive.
- Symbiotic Wurm - Unnecessary.
- Boom/Bust - Could be upgraded to Armageddon if necessary.
- Savage Twister - Expensive and underwhelming.
Mage Slayer and Deathrender don't seem particularly necessary, either.
I know you mentioned that you wanted Modern-legal cards, but you short yourself on a lot of powerful EDH staples if you exclude older cards.
Consider adding:
- Oracle of Mul Daya - Ramps and helps filter cards from the top of your library (better chance for Mayael to hit a creature).
- Sol Ring - Important mana ramp.
- Mana Vault - Important mana ramp.
- Avacyn, Angel of Hope - Because indestructible.
- Iona, Shield of Emeria - Powerful hate card.
- Gisela, Blade of Goldnight - Double damage from your fatties and keeps your creatures alive longer.
- Mana Reflection - Ramp.
- Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger - Ramp.
- Fires of Yavimaya - Hasty fatties.

I agree with all of the above suggestions. I'll take a moment to plug this here, Mayael the Chubby Chaser is my non-budget version of the deck, I use many of the above suggestions. It may have some ideas for you to ponder on. I'd like to make some suggestions myself if you don't mind.
Cut
- Signal the Clans - You want fatties in your library not your hand.
- Fauna Shaman - Same reason as above, I was even using Survival of the Fittest , and found myself mostly using it to pitch an Eldrazi to shuffle my GY.
- Titanic Ultimatum - Such a good looking card in theory, but it's just a win-more card from my experience.
- Keeper of Progenitus - Unless no one shares colors with you, this might backfire. Oracle of Mul Daya is way better, and only about $5.
I don't know what your budget is, but some of these might be things you want to look out for in trades, or to get later if you like Mayael a lot.
Add
- Crib Swap - Cheap removal. about 50 cents
- Sylvan Primordial - Removal/Ramp/Cheap. about 75 cents or a dollar.
- Rings of Brighthearth - Copy Mayael's ability or things like Kessig Wolf Run /Brion Stoutarm etc. about $5
- Craterhoof Behemoth - His alpha swing on a haste body is a nice finisher if you hit him with a stalled board. about $7
- Seedborn Muse - Is simply silly with Mayael. about $7
- Greater Good - Respond to Mind Control , Angel of Serenity , or Damnation by sacking to draw, and it's a little more permanent than Harmonize . about $7-$8
- Sylvan Library - Fixes your draws like a champ. about $11
One last thought, Avacyn, Angel of Hope , Gisela, Blade of Goldnight , and Craterhoof Behemoth are rotating out of standard soon. If you would like to pick them up but aren't in a hurry, wait until Sep 1st I think when the blocks in standard rotate.

Thank you both so much. As I said, I needed people's opinions so badly because I'm new to the format and no Spike at all. I'm going over your suggestions right now, although I sadly can't afford every one of them.
The prices you mentioned in particular, ChiefWannaHacka, don't apply to me though, they differ quite a lot in some cases, actually. It's funny, though, a friend got a Craterhoof Behemoth a while ago for 4$, now it's at least around 15$ over here. Sylvan Library costs 50$ around here or more. Oh well.
Is there any mass removal variants I could run which don't cost a shit ton of money? Savage Twister just was the only thing I could think of up until now, although I know it's not overwhelming.

Where exactly do you live/play? Sylvan Library is a $10-15 card in most places.
You could use Twilight Shepherd and sweepers like Wrath of God , Day of Judgment , Rout , etc.

Germany. Can't help it.
Ha, I thought Day of Judgment is expensive, too, but it's only 4$ or so. Added. Regeneration isn't that big of a deal, I suppose.
Looking better and better.
When it's done, it's about the sideboard next, but that's not really urgent for now.

I cut Hamletback Goliath amongst some Sorceries. Had too much anyway, and the Goliath doesn't really do anything. Sure it gets bigger, but... yeah. That's all he does. Doesn't even have Trample. Sigarda, Host of Herons seems a whole lot better to me. Don't really want to drop under 30 creatures.

This deck looks absolutely epic. And one of the cheapest non gimicky EDH decks I've ever seen. If u can squeeze a little more out of ur budget drop Conquering Manticore and put in the Seedborn Muse recommended by ChiefWannaHacka earlier. She is incredible in almost any format in which she is legal. I used her in a mono green EDH with Silvos, Rogue Elemental as the general and she allowed me to do crazy things with the game. U run three colors so it probably be even more ridiculous. +1 for absolute beatstick insanity.

Why thank you, Bellock86! :) (Yay, first +1 :D )
To be honest, I don't really like the "Ha infinite combo, you're dead!" or "I'll just sabotage everything" decks. Hopefully I can destroy some of them during playtesting. :D
Considering how Conquering Manticore was more of a "Eh, I guess" then anything else, I'll do as you and ChiefWannaHacka suggested. Seedborn Muse is in my budget, luckily.
Probably needs some playtesting when I got my hands on all the cards, we'll see how it turns out!

Cards I would cut:
Even though this is a budget beater deck, don't include creatures that are only good as beatsticks. You want each card in your deck to provide some form of utility.
Consider adding some of these cards:
