Not likely that I will find every interaction between the cards, but sure. I can list a few.

I feel like The GraveCrawler+Phyrexian Altar+Bitter Ordeal combo can be made a lot better by replacing Bitter Ordeal with Selfhoff Occultist, there is a lot of ways to stop or redirect Bitter Ordeal, but still very much worth it to play.

Might as well toss a grindstone + painter's servant in there. That's an early infinite mill combo.

Dark Depths + Vampire Hexmage is an early 20/20 indestructable.

Sol Ring might be nice for your first search with maralen to get an early 2 mana each turn.

Okay, time to revamp the decklist.

Imp's Mischief and Chalice of the Void can help deal with those pesky targeting spells (granted the Chalice can hurt you as much as it helps unless you have a way to manipulate the counters on it so you can cast your spells with that converted mana cost).

To be honest, I haven't played this deck in so long that I've forgotten a lot of the combos and I'm not sure what cards I can safely remove now.

I'm going to do some testing. Until then, no changes will be made.
