No Leyline of the VoidMTG Card: Leyline of the Void to go with that Helm of ObedienceMTG Card: Helm of Obedience? Also, Karn, Silver GolemMTG Card: Karn, Silver Golem seems superior to ToymakerMTG Card: Toymaker

Good points. I didn't read all of the combos thoroughly, so I probably missed some cards. I will add those in at my earliest convenience.

can you list the combos?

Not likely that I will find every interaction between the cards, but sure. I can list a few.

I feel like The GraveCrawler+Phyrexian Altar+Bitter Ordeal combo can be made a lot better by replacing Bitter Ordeal with Selfhoff Occultist, there is a lot of ways to stop or redirect Bitter Ordeal, but still very much worth it to play.

Might as well toss a grindstone + painter's servant in there. That's an early infinite mill combo.

Dark Depths + Vampire Hexmage is an early 20/20 indestructable.

Sol Ring might be nice for your first search with maralen to get an early 2 mana each turn.

It's been awhile.

Painter's Servant is EDH banned.

Okay, time to revamp the decklist.

Imp's Mischief and Chalice of the Void can help deal with those pesky targeting spells (granted the Chalice can hurt you as much as it helps unless you have a way to manipulate the counters on it so you can cast your spells with that converted mana cost).

To be honest, I haven't played this deck in so long that I've forgotten a lot of the combos and I'm not sure what cards I can safely remove now.

I'm going to do some testing. Until then, no changes will be made.

I'm not sure if these rules apply in EDH or not, but if they do many of these combo's would result in a draw. Not totally sure how it all works in multiplayer. Anyone know if such rules apply?

-The rules can be found near the end of linked article-

@FatMatt457 These combos are not infinite loops. For most of them there is a trigger for the ability, i.e. "Sacrifice this creature", or "Tap this permanent". This means I can choose how long I want to continue the combo when I have all of the pieces out, and when to stop (preferably when my opponents are all dead). Unless my opponents interfere, there is only 1 option given to me, which only makes this rule apply:

"421.2. If the loop contains one or more optional actions and one player controls them all, that player chooses a number. The loop is treated as repeating that many times or until the other player intervenes, whichever comes first."

To summarize, the combos in this deck are not mandatory loops. I have the option to continue or stop any given combo whenever I want to.

@None - Oh! I see now... I didn't read those rules close enough. So, you just pick a number after showing the combo & win. Neat.

Just a heads up, the Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth does not actually work. Mana abilities cannot be copied with that artifact.
