~Jhoira Storm was largely based off of the primer as it was written for on the cedh subreddit, but the original list was destroyed.

Basic gameplay is as follows: Ensure you have access to at least one blue and one red in your opening hand, and proceed to ramp a little on turn 1-2 to ensure jhoira is cast no later than turn 3.

Once she is down and you have priority, it is all about stretching her historic trigger with low cost rocks and things that produce mana or make other artifacts cheaper to cast by extension.

Aetherflux Reservoir is the eventual kill here, and assembling mystic forge / s.d.t. / cost reducing effects ensures you get there.
