U/R combo control with focus on enchantments and planeswalkers. Runs heavy non basic land hate. Wins with Jokulhaups or a soft lock + beat down.

The deck wants to cantrip and spam enchantments/walkers that give advantage and casts it's commander around turn 5-6.

It wins by casting jokulhaups/obliterate to set your opponents back to the stone age while you rebuild much faster and keep your entire board of enchantments/walkers. Once the deck casts Jokulhaups, its designed to rebuild fast and allow the player to recast Jokulhaups more than once to encourage scoops or ensure victory.

The deck has lots of looting, cantrips, card draw and tutors to help find the pieces you need, while most spells are low mana costed or can be played at instant speed. The deck is designed to be able to defend itself with burn based wraths and packs enough counter spells to buy you time to setup for a massive jokulhaups blow out.

The deck has no chance in hell vs. enchantress or superfriends but has very favorable matchups vs. any normal creature based deck without counterspells. It does averagely well vs. control decks.

Major key to playing the deck correctly is ignore any spell that opponents play that dies to Jokulhaups. This is 90% of spells. Remember this is primarily a combo deck that uses control elements to buy time to setup and stick a Jokulhaups. If you try to sit back too long and win fairly, you will probably get killed by creature damage or a combo. You need to go for Jokulhaups fairly aggressively and preferably before turn 7 or 8. Much later than that and you risk losing the game from troublesome late game bombs and opponents critical mass.
