The general plan is to get Roalesk out, copy him, let the clones die due to the legandary rule and get value off of that.

It's essentially pay 3 mana: put 2 +1/+1 counters on a creature, proliferate twice. That's strong and most permanents in this deck are able to profit off of that.

Steal stuff with Keiga, the Tide Star with clones, too

Win with commander damage, with Darksteel Reactor or with infinite turns with Magistrate's Scepter

There's also Simic Ascendancy. It's not included since I don't like to win that way, but it's perfectly viable.
