A semi competitive deck who's goal is to either freeze my opponents out of the game entirely, or hit a Stroke of Genius effect for 100. Rasputin's ability to just give you up to 7 colorless mana for free gives you a lot of breathing room when you have Stasis or Winter Orb

Sideboard is just a bunch of silver bullets/utility for Karn, the Great Creator to pull from.
