This is the second 'fast' deck we introduced to our meta, and its still in its infancy but is capable of running very well. Suggestions are welcome as this is the first Voltron EDH we've built, and the mana base is proving particularly difficult to get right without big spending. As always, I've kept to a 2 pound or 3 dollar single card maximum budget.
