My attempt to throw together a Illusion/Changeling/Sliver EDH deck (EDIT: And apparently Merfolk)...I'm trying to build with mostly budget cards, but still being somewhat playable. Any suggestions are appreciated.

At this point I've gotten a lot of advice about things that can be added (which is great and I encourage more of), but I also need help on things that should be replaced. Cards in the Maybeboard are cards that should find its way into the deck, but I'm not sure what to replace.
