This is an EDH deck that relies on instants/sorceries being duplicated for advantage. Most of you may think that Wort, the Raidmother is a cheap imitation of Riku of Two Reflections, but there's no additional mana fee for duplicating wort's spells, which I find to be much more useful. It is also the reason I find Mirari to be a waste of space.
