Have you considered cards like Nature's Will, Sword of Feast and Famine, Bear Umbra? I run them in my list as the untap land lets me play extra turn spell and pump out more creatures in the early steps and they all have some added utility. Natures will especially as a single swing at each opponent taps them out! Sword also gives edric evasion/ protection and that discard can be very nice against the control player

Hells L like Kinnan a lot, he's a powerhouse and often ends up being mana neutral or positive. Gemstone Cavern is only good in the opening hand, I wanted to cut down any land that either can't be played as a first land or isn't the greatest after the first land. Nexus of fate is great, it's a little bit higher cmc than others, but it shuffles back in and allows the deck to go infinite. It's also an instant and it's relevant when a control player taps out on someone's end step. My list is going through some testing at the moment, so it's not likely to be set in stone. If you really like the possibility of a T1 godhand with gemstone or dislike Kinnan I'd say try it out how you'd like. cEDH edric is in no way a "solved" decklist like many other cEDH decks.

SweetRubber Thank you! Rhystic is too slow, Edric does the job better. I prefer Rhystic for more grindy midrange or stax decks.

Hi! Question why no Beastmaster Ascension or Craterhoof Behemoth ? And would the new Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth be good with Eladamri, Lord of Leaves ?
