I'm manipulating the page with a CSS file hosted on a Google Drive account.

What do you think of Grappling Hook, Explorer's Scope, Apostle's Blessing, Ritual of Restoration, Basilisk Collar, Leonin Abunas, Auriok Windwalker, Pearl Medallion? Really nice build.

You must've turned off suggestions. You cycling just for votes if you aren't looking for input? That's cool.

I think turning off suggestions is more of a thing to keep the page clear for him. They can get annoying when you constantly have to delete them, since he can just read the comments instead.

- Grappling Hook - Costs too much for just double strike and I don't want to force blockers when I'm trying to connect for Commander Damage.
- Explorer's Scope - Completely useless. Sword of the Animist does a much better job at getting land out.
- Apostle's Blessing - One-shot protection spells are a waste of a card slot.
- Ritual of Restoration - Remember the Fallen is a much better card.
- Basilisk Collar - Been on the fence on this card forever. I just don't have a lot of chump blockers to make use of the cheap deathtouch.
- Leonin Abunas - I have a foil Leonin Abunas in my deck. It's fantastic. Keeping a hexproof shield over my Equipment allows me to use 8.5's abilities for other things, such as making him unblockable.
- Auriok Windwalker - It and it's younger cousin Brass Squire are too slow. They want to be played as early as possible, but that just uses up a turn and they are terrible mid-late game draws.
- Pearl Medallion - I use way too many colourless cards to make use out of Pearl Medallion. I'd rather use another mana rock.
And as Skyfolk stated, I have suggestions turned off to keep the page clean.

Turning off suggestions also helps when you have absolutely no interest in getting input from the community. Cycling for votes is fun too, only way to get 100,000 views and over 300 upvotes, just make one deck and cycle it 3x a day... Hey if you actually play the deck and have never lost a game then who needs suggestions? Just use it as bragging fodder! Lol
December 16, 2015 6:03 p.m.
Why are you so hostile? Why do you go out of your way to antagonize someone? Are you neglected at home and need to fill that void by being a total dickwad to people for no reason? I suggest you go see a psychologist.

I have suggestions turned off to keep the suggestion clutter off of the page. It's tedious having to remove them one-by-one. Suggestions from comments is more than sufficient.
I constantly deckcycle this deck because it's my favourite. It's the highlight of my MTG collection and It's the one I want to showcase. Is that a problem?
I actually play this deck and I don't win every game. There are plenty of counter-strategies against an artifact-heavy deck and monocolour has its share of setbacks.
No need to be hostile.

You can avoid hostility by not being rude to people who make suggestions. I always start by saying thank you, versus going straight into why each suggestion is a terrible idea. You don't have to accept ideas but you should try and be courteous and think about how you'd feel if someone tore your ideas up rudely after you took the time to read their list and description and try and offer advice.

I'm not being rude. I gave valid reasons why I don't use each card. Why are you so upset over this?
December 17, 2015 3:14 p.m.
Jimmy_Chinchila says... #13
I'm sorry for overreacting I guess I thought some of your wording was kinda rude, such as "Explorer's Scope is completely useless" (it lets you look at your top card, helpful after a shuffle or just to see what your next draw is and possibly get a free land) and "one-shot protection spells are a waste of a card slot (so if you're swinging for lethal with your commander it wouldn't be worth it to have a 1 cmc spell to keep him alive?).
Also, I mentioned it was a nice build, and usually people say "thanks for the feedback and props" before listing why their suggestions are terrible, just to acknowledge and show appreciation someone took the time to read your deck and try and help by offering suggestions. You may not have been blatantly rude but you surely were not courteous either.
December 17, 2015 3:48 p.m.
It's awfully hypocritical of you to tell people not to be rude. The way you "responded" to people being "rude" to you wasn't exactly kind or constructive. You're a homophobe and when someone disagrees with you you throw a tantrum. That's the last I'm going to say on this matter, as Epoch already told you to stop trying to start fights or leave.
"So get out your boyfriends ass, stop trolling his page and get a life. Frickin Canadians..." isn't something courteous people say, so perhaps try taking your own advice. I've blocked you, so you can't leave any more harassing messaging on my page, but if you continue to passive aggressively harass my friend I will report you again.

Now who's the troll? You gonna block me but continue to talk shit about me on other people's pages? I'm not harassing your friend I'm having a discussion. You butted in and started the name calling, I just responded. You can't call someone a name and then cry and tattle when they call you a name back. I don't care what Epoch said, I got yeaGO on my side. Im not gonna be courteous to people that attack me out of the blue. Keep reporting me, I'm reporting you for starting all this.

man, your deck is amazing! why u not try the Ring of Thune to get +1/+1 end vigilance or the Sword of Feast and Famine, maybe the Akroma, Angel of Wrath for a heavy burst

Ring of Thune - Building up +1/+1 counters is too slow.
Sword of Feast and Famine - I already use it. It's fantastic.
Akroma, Angel of Wrath - Trying to keep the deck's mana curve low. I'm not looking for any additional 8-drops.

Ever think about using the 4 fetches (Arid Mesa,Flooded Strand, Marsh Flats, and Windswept Heath) you can use to give your deck a little extra consistency?
December 27, 2015 11:36 a.m.
NensouHiebara says... #21
What consistency is there to be gained from using Fetchlands in a monocoloured deck?
- There's Mistveil Plains, but I already have 3 other cards that can tutor for it and they're also useful cards on their own.
- Deckthinning one card is extremely negligible, even in 60-card decks.
- The need for colour-fixing is nonexistent.
The Fetchlands don't provide enough utility to warrant their use.
December 27, 2015 2:16 p.m.
Fetchlands do work well with top and scroll rack, though land tax seems to have the same shuffle effect as fetching.
December 29, 2015 6:38 p.m.
NensouHiebara says... #23
Fetchlands can't tap for mana and generally need to be used right away. Trying to save them to reset Sensei's Divining Top or Scroll Rack is awkward.

Just wanted to add something to your discussion of fetch lands in a mono colored deck. You run them for deck thinning, increasing your chances of not drawing a land mid to late game, when you likely would prefer a non land.
As for card suggestions, Worship stops a lot of decks cold or at least for a few turns. Also Spirit en-Dal strictly because it gives your hand a stupid amount of threat when opponents know you run it and no one expects it when you play a new opponent. Its forecast ability can make your general unblockable or make an opponents creature unable to block.
December 30, 2015 10:31 a.m.
Deck thinning using fetchlands is a myth. "Deck thinning" 4 cards in your deck has no major impact on the game. Even in 60 card constructed, there's no major impact on your deck.

i like this deck very much; i think though 36 land is almost excessive in mono edh maybe cut one...that ranger of eos is good to get mom and serra, and if you just want to suit up and hit with one guy maybe sublime archangel?
