A budget deck idea I put together to try and use Ebrus, The Binding Blade. It focuses around using unblockables to activate cipher cards and Elbrus as well as sneak in damage. Arcum Dagsson + Steel Wall , Wall of Tanglecord , or even Spire Golem = Elbrus on the field. Silent Arbiter combined with Wall of Frost and other walls tries to slow down the opponent enough to flip Elbrus. Advice and criticism welcome.
