Spells Appreciate the comment. Scute Swarm looks hawt, I'll have to see if my hand is filled with too much draw and if so, may squeeze this in there. I used to run with more sorcery ramp but would stall out. I figured draw power is like ramp since you get to play more lands a turn, plus without draw power she fizzles out and it's really sad after an explosive 1-2 turns. Need GASSSSSSS so I cut out most sorc ramp for raw draw.

From Azusa player to Azusa player I like GASSSS, rebuilding mine recently and I've noticed something techs. I've been running Ghost Quarter recently. It's a free shuffle, but with land destro utility
- If you have Courser of Kruphix, Augur of Autumn, or Oracle of Mul Daya on the battle field, drain the lands/cards off the top of your deck first. You're more likely to run into a card.
- Play Ghost Quarter
- If you would get more value off destroying a land then do that. (Be aware they will try to balance out their mana base)
- Alternatively if there is a card on top your library that is a dead draw, pick a tapped land or tap a forest for mana, kill your own land and search out a forest that comes in untapped. (use the float)
- If you have Ramunap Excavator, Ancient Greenwarden or Crucible of Worlds of worlds on the field you an repeat the previous steps. You can also float the mana from the forests being destroyed for each land drop than play something.
Timeless Witness is an ok tech if you want recurrence. Your not running Woodland Bellower, so its a 1 mana tradeoff to potentially get something later. Best way to think of it, if you feel a four mana green sun is better than a five mana green sun with later recurrence then don't make the trade off.
Good luck

Grasshoppeh1 After 1 game in any meta I get hard targeted; Necromancy is a must in my field.

How did you feel about your swaps you made? I see you sacrificing 2x draw and recursion for ramp, draw and utility. Top redundancy with sylvan library for fetches, oracle of muldaya effects seems good. I've always loved Kozilek Distortion personally, especially given how you're probably playing against blue (noting removal of life's legacy and your staples of anti-blue already inside). Does the Ruric Dinasour pull it's weight?
+1 Jeweled Lotus, Sensei's Divining Top, Runic Armasaur -1 Kozilek, the Great Distortion, Life's Legacy, Bala Ged Sanctuary
I do wonder what your thoughts on Collector Ouphe? I know it stops top, ring, crypt and map. It might be a worthwhile inclusion depending on the meta and if you decide to keep top.

Thanks for the detailed input. I ended up swapping Tireless for Kozi as it is better and anti blue plus draw.
The deck is stax resilient, that doesn't mean you need to stax yourself. Not a fan of running cards that slow down the deck; that is not the design.
Dino was discovered to not be good because good players will simply skip using their fetch lands if it's out and wait until an ability to tap lands for w/e mana instead. Plus, I'm not a fan of giving the opponents any choice.
Life's Legacy was cut to fit other cards and I can't cast it at the end of someone's turn - M-Fall is nice for occasional life gain on top of Coursair ticks since I no longer run with Glacial Chasm.
Great advice. Edited: play tested; solid.

I figured as much with collector, just wanted to be sure. Glad I could be of assistance, always love discussing differing perspectives. Be sure to tell us how your games go as a result of your changes.

rangab7 Enters tapped and I never search for it because I'd rather go for counter spell protection or ramp interactions, or Glacial Chasm, or just about any other utility land. Slows the deck down just enough to have tried it and removed it. Azusa is a fast game so there generally isn't "enough time" to get the requirements to produce tokens or the game is over by the time you would have had a few tokens. I also hated drawing into it in my opening and early hand for this reason (slow down - need every mana early game).
