This deck uses mono black and then runs full colorless. You can cast scrounge from exile, also exile creature from graveyard with scrapheap to have creatures always in play. You can control what cards opponent has with transgress the mind and playing thought-knot seer. You have Flaying Tendrils in sideboard for against aggro decks. Plus you get to run a playset of Reality Smasher which is in my opinion one of the best cards in standard and NO ONE is running it. Plus running Remorseless Punishment is so much fun, your opponent will not want to see that card ever again.

Ton of fun to play and is actually really competitive in standard right now, plus no one is running anything like it which makes it even more fun.

Also, any help on making the deck better is very welcome. I am pretty new to this and its the first deck I've built myself so I'd be happy with any help I could get.

EDIT(12/18/16): Removed the 2 Distended Mindbender from the deck and replaced them with Noxious Gearhulk. This gives the deck a better mana curve and keeps the removal and has menace which is nice. Threw a Liliana, the Last Hope into the sideboard just to see if she can bring anything to the deck while testing.
