Hey, I have to give props to others playing Black tron. My meta has lots of combo, ie. twin and scapeshift. I have 4 Worst Fears in the sideboard for them. How do you board to deal with combo? +1 from me

I don't think you need Tooth and Nail in the sideborad I would switch them out for Nature's Claim. Also I've found that having main board Spellskite is very useful because it helps you have a chance against infect post board and its a nice chump blocker against burn and zoo wich Tron has a hard time against. Cool idea though +1

I've thought about the landbase again and if you want another suggestion I can advise playing a bit more of a loam-type landbase, if that kind of thing interests you. The only issue is the monetary damage it will cause you and of course the life you'll lose to shock in with the fetch'.

Also, it's probably more important to have Forests than Swamps because of the scrying/explore/ancient stirrings you are/could be playing.

12x Urzatron, 1x Verdant Catacombs, 2x Overgrown Tomb, 2x Forest, 2x Llanowar Wastes, 1x Blood Crypt, 1x Swamp, 1x Eye of Ugin, 1x Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.

Or you could play 25 lands and up the catacombs/tombs to get the black and green earlier.

Though it seems the way you have it set up that you kind of just wanna jump on tron as fast as possible to start dumping out o-stones and wurms to beat the crap out of your opponent.

A friend and I are working on GB Tron and I feel I must suggest Curse of the Cabal. The card is hilarious early and hits out of nowhere late.

I've also found cutting the Shocklands and basic swamps for an Sanctum of Ugin and a pair of Ghost Quarter to be advisable. Another Ancient Stirrings might be useful too.

what do you guys think about Warping Wail and Pulse of Murasa,the first for the aggro matches and as a counter to Crumble to Dust and the second one against Fulminator Mage

Is Crumble to Dust really that good? By the time they can cast it, you should already have Karn/Wurmcoil/etc out and I doubt they'd waste the mana on removing a nonthreat with one of those on the board.

You won't be having Tron on t3 (AND have a threat to play) even nearly every game, so a t4 Crumble can get you on the play, especially when supported by Discard spells. T3 Fulminator Mage t4 Crumble to Dust is also a thing. Wurmcoil can also be ignored for a turn or two. Crumble isn't a colossal problem, but it's something worth noting for sure.

Any interest in Diabolic Revelation, Profane Command, or Exsanguinate?

Vakama I actually used to run all of those cards in my mono black variant! They are fun when grid is online, but fall short if you can "grid out". I kept Profane command in the longest. :3
