Creature (4)

This is a deck that is intended to be viable in any meta for the coming years. It focuses on exploiting the tutoring power of Eldritch Evolution to fetch a creature that shuts your opponent down, or at least puts them so far behind that you can win with attrition. Basically you trade some board state for a silver bullet, so obviously that creature needs to be worth it.

As a backup, the deck mostly consists of value creatures and so even if you don't draw Eldritch Evolution, you should be able to grind the game out.

Since I love the eldrazi creature type, and they're extremely powerful when they come down 2 turns below curve, I've tried to include some as a win condition and to stay on flavour. Matter Reshaper is an excellent T2 play since it almost always replaces itself, and is one of the best creatures to sacrifice to Eldritch Evolution.Eternal Scourge is just that, eternal. It's virtually impossible to ever get rid of, and when it dies, just exile it with Scavenging Ooze or Ongoing Investigation - so much value! Also, if it dies, you can use Surgical Extraction which basically reads "pay B or 2 life: search your library for 4 cards and put them into your hand", against some decks this gives you such card advantage that you'll win just because you can almost always have 4 creatures on board. Thought-Knot Seer is a great beater that can occasionally come down on T2, and when it does it can represent a threat that must be dealt with, which is difficult for your opponent to do unless they drew 2 removal spells. Finally, Reality Smasher does what it says on the box, it smashes.

The following cards are included to counter specific decks that are popular in the meta. I am looking for suggestions for other cards against specific decks, or other creatures that you think would fit in well.

Sigarda, Host of Herons - shuts down Jund, this on T3 is basically impossible for them to beat.

Fulminator Mage - Slows down Tron, Infect in some cases, and a lot of other decks with expensive mana bases. Sure, playing this on T2, sacrificing a mana dork also means you have no board state, but you have 2 lands and your opponent might have nothing

Anafenza, the Foremost - Stops Dredge in its tracks, avoids Lightning Bolt, buffs the team, what's not to love about her?

Kor Firewalker - useful against burn, but other suggestions are welcome

Kitchen Finks - useful against a lot of decks, gains you life and blocks twice, basically the definition of value. It's also one of the best targets for Eldritch Evolution.

Thalia, Heretic Cathar - A great card to play on T2, if you're on the play and your opponent plays lots of nonbasics, she puts you massively ahead, although she is weak to removal, I may consider replacing her with a Magus of the Moon.

Archangel of Tithes - Hopefully slows down aggressive decks looking to go wide, but I have yet to see it used anywhere, suggestions for something that can come down T2 to hurt Zoo would be appreciated.

Kataki, War's Wage - Makes affinity cry

I'm looking for general help with the main and sideboards, and the manabase, any suggestions, interactions you think work/don't work. I would definitely move away from the eldrazi sub-theme if it doesn't work, based on other ideas anyone might have. I'm not convinced about Ongoing Investigation over something else (Scavenging Ooze springs to mind), so I'd especially like suggestions there.
