Mutation deck, first and foremost. Turn 1: Zagoth Momba or Utopia Sprawl Turn 2: Any number of mutations or add-ons such as Mirror Shield or Shield of the Oversoul, or more mana ramping. Turn 3+: Kaheera, Insatiable Hemophage, Boneyard Lurker, or pulling out Nethroi.

Sideboard notes: I would recommend putting in Chittering Harvesters or Dirge Bat if your opponents deck is succeptible to creature removal, or bring in Putrefy if the deck is also artifact heavy.
