Ditch Living Hive. Insert Phytotitan - stays a constant threat even after he gets sacked from soulstoke.
Whisperwood Elemental could also make for some effective exit strategies. A little spendy though.
Morselhoarder would let you do a Buy-one-get-one. kinda getting cramped, but I'd honestly just toss him in, and add extra mana.(run 61+ cards)
This is delicious.

good Idea MrTango, I decided to add Whisperwood Elemental in the side against control, to help against wrath effects.
I cannot run more than 60 cards, since this deck relies on drawing Incandescent Soulstoke or Through the Breach to be able to win fast enough against combo decks and agro decks.
I'm probably not going to run Morselhoarder, he's too expensive, and he doesn't have trample like most of my expensive creatures, same for Phytotitan.

Played with it couple weeks and noticed one big problem: Liege of the Tangle is too slow as a wincon (it's a 2-turn win) and you get Wrathed you're doomed ! (happened to me a lot xD)
So now this is the deck I'm using (it's completely different from yours though), hope you like it ;)
Stoke their souls Lorwyn style ! [R/G Combo] Playtest
Modern

Copied and edited for my self. Elemental Surge
Marenkai had a great idea with Supreme Exemplar. being able to Champion a creature lets you end that creatures Sacrifice requirement, Like a make shift Blink effect. With fling and LB for removal.
I wanted to try Mimic Vat and Weird Harvest so I have more elementals to throw on the field. I cant say this decision has made it any better.
