Using the abilities of both Young Pyromancer and Master of Waves to create an army of tokens immune to Electrickery.
Purphoros, God of the Forge synergizes very well with the pyromancer, making every spell better, and since you're only using your non-token creatures for token creation and utility, getting 5 devotion to red shouldn't be hard.
Goblin Electromancer
makes spells cheaper, which means more tokens and more counterspells. Works both devotions.
Spellheart Chimera makes every spell cast better, a great alternate win condition, and it's something your opponent will have to deal with for only 3 mana. Works both devotions.
As for spells, Dissolve and Izzet Charm are good counterspells, disrupting your opponent play while getting value out of them with your creatures. The charm is also great to dig your library for the cards you need, and the spells put into the graveyard make your Spellheart Chimera bigger.
Cyclonic Rift helps you remove creatures if they start to get out of hand, and late game sweeps the board for a quick finsih.
Steam Augury helps you replenish your hand, you have to make your opponent choose, so with Spellheart Chimera in play they'll hesitate to dump a pile of spells over the pile of creatures.
Teleportal gives you the win if you have enough tokens. 'Nuff said.
